Christmas Day with the Yospes- Nativity Play

What a lovely sight- a room full of family on Christmas day. We went over to Jake's parent's house for dinner, gifts, and a nice long visit. It was really nice, and all the kids had fun playing while the adults chatted and answered Would You Rather questions. This was just a cute picture of Cami before we headed over there, so happy about all her new presents!
And this is about the cutest picture you've ever seen! Cami and her cutie cousin Max, sharin the love. Cami loves seeing Max and saying his name.
And Max's big brother Luke knows how to make Cami smile!
Kate and my mother-in-law did a great job of putting the Nativity play together. This was the first annual Yospe nativity! The costumes were so cute, and Cami got to be the Angel. She came out when it was her turn and held this pose for like 10 seconds, she was so excited about the gold ribbons!
Little baby Henry played Jesus, and looked so cute in the basket manger!
Lincoln played Joseph, and Calder, Luke and Max were wise men. I love the sherriff jacket and Calder's super fancy floral robe. :)
The angel and Mary, all decked out. I think Cami liked Mae's ruffles.
Cami wasn't too excited when baby Jesus was put in the basket.
In fact, she cried and whined and threw a tantrum on the floor. Silly angel.
There, that's more like it. I thought Cami felt bad for Henry and thought he wasn't supposed to be in the basket, but apparently she just wanted to be the one sitting in it.

It was an adorable play and a wonderful day! Oh how I love Christmas. I'm sad it's over, but already can't wait for next year.

How funny! I love that she liked her costume and wanted to be the one in the basket. So cute! :)
