Licking the mirror. Gross. Usually she's too busy to stop and notice, but it's funny when she acknowledges her reflection in the mirror. She makes faces and moves around ever so slightly to watch it, and I just peek at her and smile.
On a totally separate note yet in the same post :), here's another cute smiley girl! Mae let Cami come over and share New Years Eve with her. We went to Jordan and Kate's and ate yummy food and exchanged white elephant gifts (speaking of which, this season we got white elephant gifts including a paper shredder, the 1st and 2nd Twilight DVD's and the Eclipse soundtrack, a fisherman Paddington Bear, and a Polly Pocket backpack. Score!). Thanks for having us guys!
We spent the night at Jake's parent's house just down the street, after watching the ball drop and ringing in 2011. It was fun having a little sleepover, and then we hung out there until the family party of New Years Bingo! I love it. Pizza, tons of goodies, bingo and fun prizes!
Cami wore her cute new outfit that day and posed on the stairs with her banana. She has a love-hate relationship with bananas, I swear. Sometimes she'll refuse to eat them, and other times she'll eat 2 whole ones in a row like on this day. Silly girl. Maybe Grandma's bananas are just better.
Haaaaaapppy New Year! We're living in the future. Ooooooo.
